This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is operated by Lourenço Rosado Unipessoal, trading as Trecli, which is the data controller for the information collected here. For anything related to your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to contact@trecli.com.
What we collect
When you contact us or fill in a form, we receive the details you submit: your name, email, company if you give one, and whatever you tell us about your project. To keep the forms secure and understand where inquiries come from, we also record technical details of each submission, such as your IP address, browser, referring page and country. If you accept analytics cookies (see below), we collect anonymous usage data about how you move through the site. We do not collect anything else you do not type in yourself.
How we use it, and why we are allowed to
We use your contact details to reply to you, prepare a quote and manage any work you hire us for, which is necessary to act on your request and to perform our agreement with you. We keep the technical submission details to prevent abuse and understand where our inquiries come from, based on our legitimate interest in a secure, working site. Analytics data is used only with your consent, to see how the site is used and improve it. We never sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Cookies and analytics
We use one essential cookie to remember your language preference. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure traffic and understand how the site is used; it sets analytics cookies and processes usage data. Google Analytics does not run and sets no cookies unless you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the forms from bots and may process your IP address to confirm you are human.
Who we share it with
To run the site and handle your data we rely on trusted providers acting on our instructions: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot protection) and, only with your consent, Google (analytics). Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there; those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as we need it to handle your request and any work that follows, and no longer than necessary. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, and request a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email contact@trecli.com and we will handle it promptly. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above.
